Keep, Change, Remove: A Simple Weekly Routine Reset



Promise: You’ll finish with a cleaner weekly routine in under 30 minutes.


1) Write down your current weekly routine (what you actually do) 2) Label each item: KEEP / CHANGE / REMOVE

3) Change only 1–2 things at a time

4) Add buffer blocks (15 minutes) where life always interrupts

5) Choose one “anchor habit” to stabilize the week (weekly planning, admin block, etc.)


Common mistakes: changing everything at once, cutting rest first, overbooking weekends. Next step: Run the new routine for 7 days, then adjust one item.
